Arcades and balconies

From this town, beautiful views of the Sierras de Francia and Béjar can be enjoyed. Perhaps this is why it is known as the balcony of the mountain range (mirador de la Sierra).
A trip through the town will allow you to enjoy interesting samples of mountain architecture where a special use of stone and wood can be seen.
Squares with arches, passageways, narrow streets... all are good roads to take you to the
hermitage of the Humilladero and, from there, toward the beautiful Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora del Robledo.
Let the magic and tranquility of this place fill you. Feel the emotion that emanates from this land. It will give you another perspective; another angle from which to observe and to enjoy nature, the towns and people of these hidden places in the southern lands of Salamanca.
