There are

of Salamanca.
Those who love big game will enjoy the annual hunts
in different places of our province where boar is
the prize capture.
The National
Hunting Reserve of Las Batuecas
has magnificient mountain goats, as well as other
species of deer offered to enthusiasts on various
hunting grounds.
Small game hunting is practiced throughout the whole
province, although it is encounterd especially in
the northeast of Salamanca. There, in the district
of Peñaranda, hunting with greyhounds can
be seen on cold winter mornings in one of the most
beautiful and respectful areas that anyone who loves
nature could ever want. |
